Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT as a consultant or within an IT Department
- CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Mac OSX, Windows 11, Microsoft Azure, M365, SonicWall SNSA, Cisco CCNA, VMware, or Egnyte certifications
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent telephony and communication abilities, active listening, and customer care
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and quickly adapt to changes
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD LT, and BIM Collaborate Pro is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and ensure client satisfaction for Anchor Point clients
- Address and resolve Tier 1 and 2 technical issues as well as manage a service request queue
- Provide assistance with various support queries involving Mac and Windows operating systems, cloud services, network printers, wireless solutions, and networking equipment
- Respond to phone inquiries, create service requests from calls when applicable, and uphold our world-class customer service standards
