Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field, either as a consultant or part of an IT department.
- CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Mac OSX, Windows 11, Microsoft Azure, M365, SonicWall SNSA, Cisco CCNA, VMware, or Egnyte certifications.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including telephony skills, effective communication, active listening, and customer care.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic work setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and peace of mind to Anchor Point clients.
- Address and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues, managing service request queues.
- Handle various support requests related to Mac and Windows operating systems, cloud services, network printers, and networking equipment.
- Answer phone calls, create service requests from client communications, and uphold our high customer service standards.
