Requirements
Must:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working with people.
- 1-2 years of experience in the IT sector as a consultant or in an IT department.
- Certifications in CompTIA Network +, Mac OSX, Windows 11, Windows Server Active Directory, and Entra are advantageous.
- Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment and help desk support is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance and support to Anchor Point clients via phone and email.
- Travel to client locations to provide hands-on support as needed.
- Address Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues while managing service request queues and documenting time effectively.
- Oversee the implementation of various IT projects, including those involving Mac and Windows operating systems, cloud services, network printers, wireless solutions, and networking hardware.
- Attend our Santa Barbara Headquarters two times a week.
