Requirements

Must:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or managed service provider (MSP) environment preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction via phone and email - Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and innovative problem resolution - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows operating systems - Basic knowledge of networking principles - Proficient documentation and organizational capabilities - Team-oriented attitude with a focus on client satisfaction and collaboration - Willingness to learn new technologies and adhere to established workflows

Responsibilities

- Respond to and assess incoming support requests - Deliver both remote and onsite technical assistance - Diagnose and resolve technical issues creatively - Address common problems including: - Performance issues with Windows workstations - Printer connectivity and mapping issues - Email access and Microsoft 365 support - Assist users with password modifications, account unlocks, and basic account updates - Support endpoint monitoring and maintenance utilizing Datto RMM - Aid in the setup, configuration, and deployment of endpoints - Document and escalate unresolved challenges clearly - Maintain precise client documentation in IT Glue - Communicate professionally with clients throughout the support process via phone and email - Work collaboratively as part of a team to resolve client concerns

We at Anagram Data are currently looking for an IT Support Specialist (Level 1) to join our team and provide essential frontline technical assistance to our managed clients. This position emphasizes service desk support, endpoint troubleshooting, POS support, and user help with Microsoft 365, in addition to ensuring that we maintain accurate records. You will engage with industry-standard MSP tools and closely collaborate with senior technicians to address issues effectively while ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere for our clients. We offer hands-on experience with real-world MSP tools and environments, a supportive team with structured escalation and mentorship, and a clear growth path into Level 2, systems, or security roles. Join us in our dedicated work culture focused on quality, documentation, and client trust. This is a full-time position, and you will work in person.
