Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant science or engineering field preferred
- Over 3 years of manufacturing experience, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving expertise
- Strong understanding and practical experience with industry concepts and principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, and Outlook
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interactions with leadership and clients
- Proactive approach, with sound judgment and decision-making ability to identify and resolve issues
- Self-assured, motivated professional capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all ProAmpac safety, quality, operational, and employment guidelines
- Stop manufacturing processes and promptly notify management regarding any safety hazards or technical non-conformance
- Remove any machinery considered unsafe from operation and alert management immediately
- Follow our quality principles as outlined in the Quality System to ensure the production of quality products daily
- Comply daily with food safety and prerequisite programs
- Operate with a focus on minimizing waste and maximizing production efficiency
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by ProAmpac management
