AI/ML Software Developer

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models to facilitate predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and decision-support systems - Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing operational systems and workflows to boost automation and operational efficiency - Create and optimize algorithms for various tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems - Preprocess, clean, and transform data to guarantee high-quality input for model training - Develop models employing advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing - Construct and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines using Databricks and Hadoop/Cloudera - Execute ETL processes to clean, prepare, and transform substantial datasets for analysis and modeling - Ensure the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle - Assess model performance using relevant metrics and implement necessary enhancements - Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and developers to synchronize AI/ML solutions with program objectives - Adopt best practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining - Adhere to data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in AI/ML processes - Document model design, assumptions, data sources, and performance outcomes - Keep abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and research to improve our solutions - Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge sharing in AI/ML development methodologies
