Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Over 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer, ideally within a dynamic startup setting
- More than 5 years of direct experience in managing engineering teams
- Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with team members
- Proficiency in managing relations with stakeholders outside of the engineering division
- Extensive knowledge in:
- Python, Java, and web frameworks
- SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
- RDBMS and database architecture
- Building scalable APIs for web and mobile clients
- System performance monitoring
- Leading and developing engineering teams in complex project deliveries
- Proven experience guiding projects through the complete software development lifecycle as a technical leader
- Strong interest in documenting system functionalities
- Highly advantageous if you possess:
- A BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
- Over 10 years of software development experience, particularly in leadership roles
- A track record of overseeing large-scale system maintenance
- Ability to analyze technical and business criteria and propose solutions
- Willingness to learn and leverage new technologies optimally

- Deliver well-architected solutions promptly in a fast-paced environment

- Oversee team activities ensuring they align with project goals and timelines
- Promote a keen focus on customer experience in every technological endeavor
- Guide the engineering team through challenging projects and complex deliveries
