Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Solid understanding of business operations, particularly in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, along with knowledge of finance processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Hands-on, organized, and service-oriented approach
- Experience in user support, testing, training, and documentation
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Background in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred but not mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Offer functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Address user inquiries, system malfunctions, and data issues
- Assist in core functions including sales, purchasing, inventory, production, logistics, and finance
- Transform business requirements into new ERP functionalities
- Lead mini projects to implement and deploy new features
- Facilitate testing, documentation, and user training
- Help ensure data integrity and standardize processes
- Collaborate with business teams, IT, and external partners on system enhancements and initiatives
