Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform delivering productive solutions
- Proven expertise in complex Apex development and modern Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience in an integrated Sales Cloud and Service Cloud setting including shared data models
- Background in nonprofit or association environments with Fonteva is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and automation design utilizing both declarative and programmatic methods
- Proficiency in integration techniques using APIs and event-driven patterns; adept at troubleshooting system issues
- Experience in DevOps and structured release management practices including Git and CI/CD strategies
- Exceptional ability to articulate technical decisions to diverse audiences; strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Fonteva including configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
- Convert business needs into precise solution designs, focusing on data models, security frameworks, integration methodologies, and automation strategies
- Create and enhance performance while considering governor limits, especially in a managed-package setup
- Develop integrations leveraging Salesforce-native capabilities or middleware as required
- Set and uphold development standards including code reviews, automated testing, documentation, and change control
- Implement a dependable DevOps methodology utilizing Git and contemporary deployment techniques
- Collaborate with the Fonteva implementation team to gather system intelligence and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Enhance data integrity and operational robustness through validation, automation, monitoring, and proactive solutions
- Provide training and technical guidance to internal teams, supporting thoughtful change management and mentoring other staff as needed
