Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities
- Customer-oriented and reliable
- Capable of working autonomously and maintaining organization
- Proficient with Windows operating systems, basic networking, and hardware assistance
Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site IT assistance to end users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network problems
- Set up and administer workstations, printers, and user accounts
- Support Windows environments and assist with fundamental server/administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the American PCS team for escalations and projects
- Foster strong, professional connections with users and management
