Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience with IT solution delivery is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with high-level problem-solving skills
- Strong grasp of SDLC methodologies including Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts such as user stories, backlogs, and the definition of done
- Experience in managing large-scale custom development or systems integration projects across multiple phases of the SDLC
- Proven track record in leading Scrum teams with a change management focus to foster agile transformation
- Contribution to the enhancement and evolution of agile practices within the organization
- Proficiency in utilizing agile planning and development tools (Azure DevOps, Miro)
- Ability to represent the team in broader planning and coordination meetings
- Anticipation of client needs with the capacity to devise potential solutions and swiftly adapt to business changes
Responsibilities
- Educate teams on agile principles and ensure adherence to the agile framework
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, story refinement, and sprint retrospectives
- Foster effective communication among team members to share information
- Lead teams through process enhancements, acting as a change agent and coaching agile/Scrum teams for continuous improvement during retrospectives
- Encourage a culture of self-management and product ownership within teams
- Enhance transparency and collaboration by aiding teams in organizing their work, backlog, and metrics
- Establish a foundation for positive team dynamics through effective internal communication and problem-solving
- Facilitate and coach teams toward successful enterprise-wide agile transformation
