Senior 3D Modeler

We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Transportation, or Graphic Design. Ideally, you should have 4 years of relevant experience, although we will consider candidates with over 7 years of related work experience in lieu of a degree. A strong understanding of how engineering, tooling, and manufacturing constraints affect the development of 3D digital surfaces is essential. You should be knowledgeable about surface development principles and skilled in using industry-standard surfacing tools like Alias, Rhino, CATIA, or ICEM Surf. The ability to create high-quality digital models and integrate engineering, packaging, and manufacturing criteria into your work is crucial. Proficiency in translating 2D sketches and design drawings into production-ready 3D surfaces is necessary, along with the ability to utilize real-time visualization tools for design reviews. An adaptable mindset for evolving digital workflows and a strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving are also important. We value effective time management, prioritization, and interpersonal skills in our ideal candidate.
