Research Data Analyst with SQL and Python

- Analyze, clean, and manage extensive datasets from surveys, registries, and administrative sources - Implement data standards and utilize automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from multiple sources, transforming it into actionable insights - Develop reproducible data workflows and maintain comprehensive documentation to support research outputs - Create data sets, assess data quality, and resolve database issues to uphold data integrity - Design and oversee data collection instruments, such as surveys and data systems - Assist with research projects and conduct data analytics to inform stakeholder decisions - Aid in statistical analysis using R and/or Python; contribute to tables, figures, and written summaries - Interpret research findings and translate them into actionable insights - Collaborate with internal and external research partners, offering technical support as necessary - Contribute to the crafting of manuscripts, presentations, and other materials for dissemination - Occasionally travel to engage with partner organizations or represent the team at national conferences - Ensure adherence to data privacy, research ethics, and confidentiality standards - Maintain thorough documentation for research protocols and procedures - Support audits and quality assurance efforts related to research data
