Requirements
Must:

- An intermediate comprehension of database structures and functionalities is essential.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat is necessary.
- I expect the candidate to be open to learning new systems as required.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently is vital.
- A professional demeanor and a friendly attitude along with strong verbal and written communication skills are important.
- A criminal background check may be required upon extending a job offer.
Responsibilities
- I need you to develop the application.
- Expand the application's capabilities over time.
- Provide daily maintenance and user support for the application.
- Assist in training internal staff on how to utilize the application.
- Help with additional computer and network-related issues as necessary.
Description
American Assurance Corporation and Lending Arts, located in Lakewood, Colorado, assists individuals in refinancing their existing auto loans to lower rates and more manageable monthly payments. We are on the lookout for a skilled professional who can utilize the Microsoft Power Platform to help us design a database-driven internal app focused on developing a specialized internal CRM for managing and processing leads. This position will report directly to the COO, collaborating to create the initial app and enhancing its functionality over time by integrating Twilio for phone and SMS, connecting various vendor APIs, and incorporating document management features into the app. Pay Range: The starting salary ranges from $45,000 to $100,000 based on experience and capability. Hours: The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Benefits Offered: Available starting the first month after 60 days of employment: - Comprehensive Medical - Dental - Vision - Paid Time Off/Sick Leave Job Type: This is a full-time position with an annual pay range of $45,000 to $100,000. Benefits include dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance. The role is based in-person.
