Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, business administration, public administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, and design for large-scale projects across various organizations
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation
- Familiarity with documenting business processes and requirements
- Understanding of cryptographic principles, digital certificates, and security protocols related to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Desired knowledge of agile software development processes
- Desired experience in writing user stories for agile projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Skill in developing and delivering briefings to stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven capability in capturing customer requirements and developing operational concepts based on their needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct business and technical analysis to create technical specifications, procedure manuals, and implementation guides for AAMVA systems and solutions, particularly focusing on the Digital Trust Service
- Assist in the development of relevant data models, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, business and technical processes, message formats, transaction flows, and other necessary documentation
- Monitor and report on ongoing initiatives within the Digital Trust Service Program
- Collaborate with Program and Project Managers to translate functional requirements into system design specifications while engaging with jurisdictions, AAMVA Committees, and other stakeholders
- Help coordinate, develop, and oversee the implementation of pilot projects, providing technical assistance, training, and other related services
- Contribute to the formulation of foundational statements of work and project definitions that outline the projects background along with the Working Groups mission, goals, guiding principles, and work plan
