Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field is required
- 5-7 years or more of IT experience is mandatory
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure in production settings
- Practical experience managing Azure Entra ID in an enterprise or multi-cloud environment
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, SSO, and federation
- Familiarity with web server technologies, primarily IIS
- Knowledge of security vulnerabilities including access controls, ports, protocols, and virus/malware protection
- Extensive experience with virtualized IT infrastructures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and collaboration
- Demonstrated decision-making skills with the ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, specifically using services like EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, and VPC
- Implement and manage AWS networking solutions including VPCs, subnets, route tables, NAT gateways, and VPN connections
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, focusing on user/group management, application registrations, and identity security controls
- Integrate AWS-hosted applications with Azure Entra ID for authentication and authorization purposes
- Enforce cloud security best practices across both infrastructure and identity management
- Monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability and optimal system performance
- Manage AWS security services including IAM roles and policies, Security Groups, WAF, and KMS encryption
- Employ AWS monitoring tools like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Config for oversight
- Conduct system updates, patching, and routine maintenance to preserve system integrity
- Support requirements for new systems and assist in upgrading existing systems through automation
- Automate processes using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams on architecture, deployments, and incident responses
- Develop backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability strategies for AWS services
- Stay informed about the latest AWS offerings, tools, and industry developments
- Exhibit flexibility in work schedule and be prepared to work outside standard hours for necessary system updates or fixes
- Carry out additional tasks as needed
