Product Owner, Technology Products

- Lead early-stage exploration of issues by establishing problem statements and mapping current and future states - Collaborate in the creation of Product Vision and Product Strategy aligned with Portfolio goals - Apply technical expertise such as A/B testing, product architecture, continuous deployment processes, and analytics tools - Regularly communicate updates on objectives, product roadmaps, and critical development areas - Coordinate with other Product team members to manage dependencies and deliver value increments - Conduct ongoing product discovery and propose solutions that adhere to Product objectives - Understand budget implications and organizational constraints in focus areas - Utilize data to measure performance, establish baselines, and prioritize backlog items - Perform competitive benchmarking and present innovative technologies and solutions - Maintain a healthy backlog in accordance with organizational standards and collaborate with external teams - Solicit input from various areas while balancing urgent improvements for technical and product health - Work with cross-functional teams, including UX, Technology, Vendors, and Compliance - Advocate for product strategy and roadmap items to leaders and peers - Embrace agility in consistently delivering value
