Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with 4 years of experience, or a Masters Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electrical Engineering with 2 years of experience.
- Solid understanding of defining and managing software requirements, designing, coding, benchmarking, testing, and documenting throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Proficient in C++ and experienced in Agile development methodologies.
- At least 2 years of project-level experience in software design.
- 2 years of experience in detailed and complex software design and development meeting sub-millisecond timing standards.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira for issue tracking and Confluence for decision tracking.
- Experience with source code management tools like Git or Bitbucket.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Government Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for clearance eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and debug code for complex components of software systems utilizing Agile methodologies.
- Analyze computer processing time and devise improved methods for disk space and network utilization.
- Design, code, and maintain software support tools and models.
- Collaborate within an integrated team environment, working closely with governmental customers for project success.
