Requirements

Must:
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams - 5+ years in technical product or program management - 3+ years of experience in software development - 5+ years of technical program management with software engineering teams - Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, developing processes, and coordinating release schedules - Strong understanding of system architecture concepts, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, electronic system design, and decision making - Familiarity with AI/ML technologies

Responsibilities

- Lead the technical program roadmap and delivery for sales planning tools across Amazon Devices - Collaborate with engineering leaders to establish technical architecture, system design, and scalability needs - Foster cross-functional alignment among engineering, data science, product, finance, and business teams - Oversee complex technical dependencies and integration points across various systems and services - Define and monitor program metrics, KPIs, and operational health indicators - Manage sprint planning, release management, and execution across multiple engineering teams - Identify and proactively address technical risks, obstacles, and dependencies - Craft technical narratives, six-pagers, and program status reports for leadership review - Drive initiatives aimed at operational excellence, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes - Present program status and in-depth technical insights to senior leadership - Establish and enhance development processes, best practices, and team workflows - Facilitate technical design reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and security requirements are met - Handle stakeholder communication and expectation management across various organizations - Promote adoption and change management for new platform capabilities - Mentor and support junior TPMs while contributing to the best practices of the TPM community
