Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in technical product or program management
- Direct experience collaborating with engineering teams
- Background in software development
- Expertise in managing cross-functional programs and release timelines
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Understanding of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred)
- Experience coordinating projects across diverse teams and establishing sustainable processes (preferred)
- Knowledge of defining KPIs/SLAs to support multi-million dollar operations and reporting to senior leadership (preferred)
- Experience leading complex technical programs involving infrastructure and systems engineering (preferred)
- Familiarity with Generative AI technologies (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, marketing, legal, and other teams to deliver global solutions
- Oversee complex cross-team programs from initial concept to final delivery
- Establish clarity and predictability through roadmaps, planning, and partner management
- Manage delivery timelines and emergent tasks while mitigating risks and resolving obstacles
- Engage in architectural decisions, addressing technical risks, driving complex integrations with internal and external solutions, and improving operational efficiencies
- Define and uphold team culture and standards aligned with Amazons leadership principles
- Facilitate alignment with leadership in partner teams
