Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of experience in technical product or program management
- 7+ years of direct collaboration with engineering teams
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional programs, developing processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Familiarity with system design principles
- 4+ years of project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with security and engineering leaders across Amazon to design initiatives that enhance customer security outcomes and oversee their successful delivery
- Navigate through ambiguity by defining strategic visions and influencing program and product roadmaps and strategies
- Utilize strong business and technical expertise to inform data-driven decisions regarding product, program, and architecture
- Assist VMR Engineering teams in conducting business and program reviews, aligning with stakeholders, and continuously improving execution mechanisms
- Communicate complex decisions and trade-offs clearly, both verbally and in writing, to senior security and business leaders
