Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management
- 5+ years of direct experience in technical program management with software engineering teams
- Proven ability to manage programs across cross-functional teams, designing processes and coordinating release timelines
- Experience in constructing and assessing system-level technical designs
- Skilled in developing, executing, and delivering technical and product roadmaps
- Familiarity with managed ML/AI solutions
Responsibilities
- Spearhead cross-functional program execution, collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to launch customer-centric features and foundational services
- Drive architectural choices and technical planning for intricate, large-scale systems dealing with substantial data sets and ML model serving
- Identify potential bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance customer needs against business and technical requirements
- Decompose complex projects into achievable tasks, create functional specifications, and ensure timely delivery
- Organize and strategize across multiple teams, discovering technical solutions that integrate services and applications
- Build and nurture relationships to earn trust with teams inside and outside of our organization, employing various unblocking tools and techniques
- Lead visionary processes to ensure our organization anticipates future challenges and invests strategically
- Establish mechanisms that elevate quality and speed of delivery
- Collect high-standard requirements and guide optimal architectural results
- Monitor and convey the pathway to successful delivery within and across the organization
