Requirements

Must:
- Proficient in Linux/Unix environments - Over 6 years of experience in systems design, software development, operations, automation, and process enhancement - Extensive experience deploying and managing systems within Linux/Unix environments - Competent in crafting technical documents, project plans, and progress updates for leadership and stakeholders - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, .Net, Java, or similar - Solid knowledge of security technologies and principles (e.g., Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign-On, Cryptography) - Experience with large-scale distributed systems (preferred) - Background in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management, software development, cryptography, system administration, and network security (preferred) - Experience in mentoring or guiding junior engineers (preferred) - Proven ability to lead and influence teams or organizations, and familiarity with computer architecture (preferred)

Responsibilities

- Guide architecture and design for identity and access management solutions across RBKS teams - Develop and maintain identity automation platforms for user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and security - Oversee 1,000+ SSO integrations utilizing SAML and OIDC protocols - Create automated credential management systems focusing on rotation, vaulting, and least-privilege controls - Address and coordinate the resolution of IAM-related security incidents alongside InfoSec teams - Implement and sustain collaboration platform infrastructure using EKS, CDK, Helm, and ArgoCD - Provide insights on multi-team security architecture choices and mentor engineering staff - Lead discussions on architectural design, assisting over 200 engineering teams in accessing their tools - Manage incident responses during security events, ensuring swift investigation and remedy - Enable teams to handle their own access via automated provisioning and troubleshoot production issues without downtime

We are a dedicated team of six engineers responsible for managing identity, collaboration, and development tools for RBKS, which includes Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk. Our focus is on creating automation services that streamline employee lifecycle management and access provisioning. We prioritize work-life balance while fostering a culture of ownership and knowledge sharing, participating in a weekly on-call rotation. Every member of our team plays a crucial role in ensuring that all RBKS employees—from engineers to customer service and marketing—have smooth and secure access to collaboration tools.
