Senior Software Developer, Deep Learning Compilers

We provide solutions to offload workloads related to Speech, Computer Vision, and Generative AI across a variety of devices, from Blink Smart Home cameras to the Echo Show product line. We are in search of a skilled and motivated software engineer to become a member of our dynamic technology creation team at Amazon. This role presents a significant opportunity for you to influence the design, architecture, and implementation of deep learning technologies embedded in everyday consumer products that people rely on. In this position, you will collaborate with partner science teams to develop compiler infrastructure and lower deep learning workloads to heterogeneous device backends. Additionally, you will work alongside peer science teams to innovate model quantization and compression techniques, facilitating efficient hardware execution. Our compensation package reflects the labor cost across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300 per year in our lowest geographic market to $261,500 per year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is influenced by several factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
