Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience in technical product management within internet businesses
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
- 3 years of experience in technical roles such as software development or network development
- Proven track record of guiding a product from conception through engineering and market launch
- Experience in delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products, overseeing the full product lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and challenges, shaping the product vision and future roadmap
- Communicate and influence senior leaders across AWS regarding product vision, strategy, and customer impact
- Develop a roadmap and features that enhance customer satisfaction, drive adoption, and boost utilization of our services
- Work closely with engineering teams to create new capabilities and engage customers for beta testing and early adoption
- Launch and market new capabilities in partnership with product marketing teams
- Create engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and technical content to encourage adoption of our communication offerings
