Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology
- Bachelors degree required
- Proven track record in feature delivery and managing product trade-offs
- Experience in defining and driving product roadmap strategy
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end product delivery processes
- Active participation in engineering discussions regarding technological strategies and decisions
- Proven experience managing technical products or online services
- Strong advocacy skills for various critical stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy through in-depth market analysis, both internal and external
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities to explain complex ideas clearly
- Utilize GenAI tools to enhance productivity effectively
- Prioritize and balance trade-offs involving customer experience, features, profitability, and operational needs
- Collaborate effectively with various teams throughout the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Manage multiple product development initiatives across diverse stages simultaneously
- Identify and address strategic and tactical challenges that impact team performance goals
