Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in defining and driving roadmap strategies
- Solid understanding of feature delivery and product trade-offs
- Experience in technical product management
- Direct experience collaborating with engineers on product improvements (preferred)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, business analysis, or process enhancement (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the definition, design, development, and launch of customer-centric products
- Formulate the product strategy and vision, guided by internal and external insights
- Garner support for the product vision both internally and with key external stakeholders
- Establish innovative, high-quality, and straightforward product roadmaps aligned with the product strategy and vision
- Collaborate closely with design and product teams from partner organizations
- Develop thorough and precise business requirements and user stories to create product specifications and architecture
- Manage backlog prioritization, balancing customer feedback, performance, and operational support demands
- Work in tandem with hardware and software engineering teams to introduce features to the market
- Launch products by collaborating with Marketing, PR, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
- Anticipate and address strategic issues that may hinder the teams ability to achieve its strategic, financial, and technical objectives
