Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree - Over 10 years of comprehensive product delivery experience - Proven experience in developing mobile and internet products and technologies - Direct collaboration experience with Engineers on product enhancements - Strong ownership of roadmap strategy and definition - Proficiency in product experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing - Experience influencing senior-level stakeholders is preferred - Capable of leading cross-organizational programs and managing timelines and deliverables without explicit authority - Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketing, customer service delivery, or digital sales is advantageous

Responsibilities

- Own the product vision and roadmap for post-purchase subscription management, converting customer insights and business priorities into a sequential strategy over a 1–3 year timeframe. - Drive cross-functional alignment with over 35 digital client teams, UX, engineering, and legal teams to provide standardized capabilities while allowing thoughtful customization where it enhances customer value. - Design and conduct experiments based on data-driven outcomes, executing weblabs and A/B tests to validate product decisions and quickly iterate according to statistically significant findings. - Collaborate with UX teams to establish top-notch UI enhancements, transforming customer insights and product strategies into user-friendly, high-quality interface improvements on Amazon.com and our mobile app. - Provide detailed product feature requirements, closely working across various engineering teams to expedite the delivery of essential post-purchase management experiences, tackle technical dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality execution. - Navigate trade-off decisions rigorously, applying principles of customer experience and business metrics to manage contested decisions, escalating issues as needed. - Propel platform scalability by promoting the adoption of reusable UI components, display-ready APIs, and standardized workflows to streamline deployment and foster quicker innovation.
