Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience in technical product or program management
- At least 7 years of direct collaboration with engineering teams
- Minimum of 3 years in software development
- A minimum of 5 years of technical program management directly with software engineering teams
- Proven expertise in managing programs across diverse teams, developing processes, and coordinating release timelines
- Strong background in project management across various disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk management and critical path analysis (preferred)
- Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the execution of product-related projects
- Facilitate cross-functional project meetings
- Guide milestone reviews throughout the project lifecycle
- Report project status to the executive team
- Oversee project builds on a global scale
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to establish product requirements and secure executive endorsement
- Motivate and lead the cross-functional team to meet the defined product expectations
- Coordinate planning for all engineering builds with suppliers
- Drive configuration management deliverables to ensure timely production releases
