Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or comparable work experience
- Over 4 years of experience in site reliability engineering (SRE), systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration
- At least 2 years of experience creating scripts, tools, and automation for extensive computing environments
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, Shell, or similar languages
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and maintain extensive Windows and Linux systems, including virtualization technologies and networking elements
- Develop and uphold automation solutions utilizing PowerShell, Python, or Bash, with an emphasis on scalable deployment workflows and infrastructure management
- Utilize AWS or comparable cloud services to support hybrid infrastructure setups
- Design and execute secure, scalable solutions while considering system interdependencies and constraints
- Investigate complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions through root cause analysis
- Generate and sustain technical documentation, produce training materials, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
- Collaborate with global teams, provide technical guidance, and support cross-functional initiatives
- Recognize security vulnerabilities, formulate mitigation strategies, and engage in compliance activities
- Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotation with potential travel up to 20%
