Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience (non-internship)
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, or Ruby
- Understanding of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
- At least 1 year of experience in designing or architecting systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling)
- Preferred: 5 years of experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems, and hands-on systems engineering
- Preferred: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum
- Preferred: Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline processes
- Current, active US Government Security Clearance at the Top Secret with SCI eligibility level or above
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to facilitate productive dialogues and resolve complex issues
- Write code to build tools and address intricate system challenges using languages such as Java and Python
- Work on projects to design and implement solutions across many devices
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance operational tasks and ensure system reliability
- Participate in deep-dive troubleshooting and lead review discussions to determine the root causes of issues
- Influence architectural and strategic decisions within the team and partner teams
- Persistently work to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiencies
