Requirements

Must:
- I require an individual with a Bachelor's or advanced degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field. - The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sheet metal and/or thermal (fan, heatsink, liquid cooling) supply chain or manufacturing. - I seek someone with at least 6 years of work experience in program, project, or product management, or leading the implementation of technical products, or 4 years with an advanced degree. - A minimum of 3 years of experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, or Tableau is essential. - Preferred qualifications include 10 years of experience supervising global project management teams and an MBA or advanced degree in engineering, operations research, mathematics, or other quantitative disciplines. - I value strong creative thinking abilities, particularly in developing innovative solutions for complex challenges and a solid program management skill set with the capability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- I expect you to drive new product introductions for Amazon Power Module and Component (PSUs, Powershelves, Inverters, Power cables, Powershelf Controller PCBAs) by qualifying and securing multiple sub-tier component sources, and managing engineering qualifications pre-launch while ensuring supply chain resilience with validated alternate suppliers. - You will partner with design, engineering, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to implement effective product and configuration management processes, ensuring timely qualification of alternate sources for guaranteed supply availability at launch. - You will matrix-manage team members across all functions to develop new product plans and sustain operational processes, commonly interacting with Global Commodity Managers, Global Supply Managers, Technical PMs, SQEs, Supply Chain, DFX, and Finance. - Representing our ISCaP organization with the product design teams, you will use your production expertise to influence and negotiate for design considerations pertaining to supply chain. - I will need you to communicate project status updates to various project stakeholders, synthesizing multiple issues into clear, concise messages, and presenting with confidence. - You will drive improved visibility around transition planning events, particularly regarding End of Marketing (EOM), End of Sales (EOS), and End of Production (EOP).
