Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of experience with machine learning, AI, or GenAI/LLM in a business development/partner capacity
- Proven experience interfacing with GenAI/ML customers and partners, with a deep understanding of the GenAI market landscape and ecosystem
- Ability to articulate technology and value propositions effectively
- Experience driving partnerships and developing joint go-to-market strategies with AI/ML model providers
- Hands-on understanding of deep learning and other ML algorithms with prior experience running pilots and POCs
- BA/BS degree required
Responsibilities
- Lead Models on Bedrock GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of Amazon Bedrock
- Work closely with foundation model partners to drive GTM motions
- Leverage deep domain expertise to create best-in-class field enablement and sales strategy
- Support field teams in solution building for high-priority customers
- Collect market signals and provide feedback to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps
- Manage reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution
- Demonstrate thought leadership and represent AWS credibly at industry events, conferences, and symposiums

We are looking for a customer-obsessed builder with a passion for helping customers achieve their full potential. As part of the Amazon Bedrock Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist team, you will drive GTM strategy for Models on Bedrock, focusing on expanding model choice and access for our customers.
The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) operates by working backwards from our customers' most complex problems, creating and executing go-to-market plans that transform AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. Our teams consist of specialists with deep technology and industry expertise that support the adoption of AWS better than anyone else.
