Requirements

Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing engineering teams. - At least 7 years of direct involvement with engineering teams. - 3 years of experience in designing or architecting systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability. - 8 years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services. - Proficient understanding of engineering practices and methodologies for the complete software/hardware/network development lifecycle, including coding standards, code evaluations, source control, build procedures, testing, certification, and operations. - Experience collaborating with product or program management teams.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the management of the software engineering team. - Strategically plan and execute advancements while ensuring high availability. - Serve as an experienced leader who upholds high standards throughout all stages of the integration lifecycle, including design, documentation, testing, and operations. As a trusted leader, you will: - Collaborate with product managers to refine customer needs. - Present innovative ideas regularly to enhance our ability to meet customer goals. - Establish clear and measurable objectives for the team and its members. - Mentor and uplift team members.
