Requirements
Must:
- I have 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- I possess 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- I have 3+ years of software development experience.
- I have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, working directly with software engineering teams.
- I have experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- I bring 5+ years of project management experience, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- I have experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- I have experience defining KPIs/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will partner with EC2 product/forecasting, Hardware/Network/DC Engineering, and DC operations teams to capture system and operational requirements. I will outline the supply chain automation roadmap to scale the capacity delivery of Machine Learning infrastructure. Furthermore, I will collaborate with SDMs/PEs/Ops teams to evaluate the pros and cons of alternate solutions to finalize high-level system solutions and operational processes. I will manage the end-to-end implementation of new supply chain automation capabilities by partnering with software development teams. Additionally, I will provide bi-weekly leadership updates on the capacity delivery status of Machine Learning racks and drive operational initiatives to scale capacity delivery of Machine Learning racks through collaboration with EC2 capacity planning, DC Infra planning, EC2 product, and operations teams.
