Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent), systems, networks, and operating systems.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience in software development using an object-oriented language.
- 4+ years of experience in hosting and deploying Generative AI/ML solutions (e.g., for training, fine-tuning, and inferences).
- AWS Professional level certification (preferred).
- A Master's or PhD degree in computer science or a related technical, mathematical, or scientific field (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of deep learning, machine learning, and statistics (preferred).
- Experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, EMR, S3, OpenSearch Service, Step Functions, Lambda, and EC2 (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with deep learning (e.g., CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer), machine learning, computer vision (CV), graphical neural networks (GNN), or distributed training (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts to non-experts (preferred).
Responsibilities
In this role, I will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. My key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and building complex, scalable, and secure Generative AI and machine learning applications and models on AWS tailored to customer needs.
- Providing technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, focusing on AWS AI/ML services.
- Collaborating with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective model training, building, and deployment strategies.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable assets.

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets, with a base pay range from $138,200/year to $239,000/year, depending on location and individual experience.
