As the People Manager for Student Programs & Community, you will operate at the confluence of developer education, community development, and technical advocacy. You will partner closely with our AWS Builder Center and AWS Builder Loft teams to curate seamless and engaging experiences that resonate with students and inspire them to shape their future with AWS. The compensation for this position varies based on labor market costs across multiple US regions, with base pay ranging from $124,100 to $205,200 annually depending on location. This pay may fluctuate according to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
