Requirements

Must:
- Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field - 3 years of experience in the offered role or a similar occupation - Alternatively, a Bachelors degree in the same fields with 5 years of progressively responsible experience - 3 years of experience managing strategy and operations projects for large-scale initiatives - Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing customer-facing research initiatives - Proficiency in statistical analysis and data mining tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or SQL - Comprehensive background in program management, including planning, organizing, scheduling, and tracking projects from inception to delivery

Responsibilities

- Own and oversee training governance processes, ensuring required training is identified across a 60K-person organization - Lead initiatives for user feedback, including polls, surveys, and interviews to uncover training challenges and enhance effectiveness - Conduct audits on training completion, reaction scores, and confidence metrics to identify learning barriers and propose solutions - Establish project objectives and develop actionable plans to achieve them - Manage the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, timeline, and quality benchmarks - Track project milestones and deliverables; submit final outputs and adapt plans as necessary - Create scalable solutions to identify outdated or redundant training content, promoting the adoption of effective trainings - Facilitate the onboarding and training of new users on tools for tracking training impact metrics - Keep documentation up to date by modifying team wikis and fostering cross-functional cooperation - Assign team responsibilities, oversee performance, and provide constructive feedback to encourage ongoing improvement
