Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in software development using programming languages such as Java and Python
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical, mathematical, or scientific field (or equivalent experience)
- Over 3 years of experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS or equivalent), systems, networks, and operating systems
- At least 2 years of experience in hosting and deploying Generative AI/Machine Learning solutions (e.g., for training, fine-tuning, and inferences)
- Familiarity with a broad array of AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, EMR, S3, OpenSearch Service, Step Functions, Lambda, EC2)
- AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) are preferred
- Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Terraform and Python
- Understanding of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Masters or PhD degree in computer science or related technical, mathematical, or scientific field is a plus
- Practical experience with deep learning methodologies (e.g., CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer), machine learning, computer vision, graph neural networks, or distributed training
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and construct complex, scalable, and secure Generative AI and ML applications and models on AWS customized to meet customer requirements
- Offer technical guidance and support during the project delivery process, focusing on AWS AI/ML services
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to collect requirements and suggest optimal model training, construction, and deployment strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Share knowledge internally through mentoring, training sessions, and the creation of reusable resources
