Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations.
- I need at least 2 years of experience in leading technology teams as an information technology operations manager.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or I will consider 4 years of professional or military experience.
- Proficiency in Linux or Unix systems administration is essential.
Responsibilities
- I will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of IT professionals.
- I will support all safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance to maintain a safe working environment for all associates.
- I will interact with management and staff to provide technical assistance for the continuous improvement of IT solutions.
- I will establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with operational partners and staff.
- I will lead infrastructure builds in new facilities.
- I will plan, organize, schedule, and supervise day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, and installations.
- I will measure, monitor, and maintain the team's ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- I will develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes.
- I will oversee the management of equipment and parts inventory.
- I will create, manage, and support recognition and communication programs.
- Travel up to 30% may be required.

Our compensation is reflective of the labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $105,100 per year in our lowest geographic market to $185,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We also offer a total compensation package, which may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation, alongside a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
