Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of professional software development experience without internships
- More than 5 years of experience in programming with at least one software language
- Over 5 years leading system design or architecture, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability
- More than 5 years of experience in the complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Experience mentoring or leading an engineering team
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals, including transformer architecture, training/inference life cycles, and optimization techniques
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning architectures and intelligent systems
- Build robust and scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines
- Develop comprehensive end-to-end AI solutions for complex technical and business issues
- Architect machine learning models with emphasis on performance, scalability, and efficiency
- Conduct sophisticated research and prototype innovative AI/ML solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with strategic goals
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the sharing of technical knowledge
- Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural direction
