Requirements
Must:
- Over 3 years of experience managing engineering teams
- More than 7 years of experience working within engineering teams
- At least 3 years of experience in designing or architecting systems (design patterns, reliability, scaling)
- Over 8 years in defining and developing multi-tier web services
- Familiarity with engineering practices for the complete software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and operational activities
- Experience collaborating with product or program management teams
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop software for high-volume phased array manufacturing
- Create calibration software for on-orbit applications
- Characterize subsystems and systems related to antennas
- Manage complex data storage solutions
- Automate hardware testing processes
- Design and implement firmware solutions
- Develop applications relevant to our systems
- Create automation methodologies for 2D and 3D structures
- Build tools and scripts for initializing phased array systems
