Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in leading the design, automation, deployment, and maintenance of large-scale systems
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline processes and build operations
- Experience with distributed systems at scale (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Create tools for analyzing antenna RF and system performance
- Design and automate software for production test stations
- Assist in the hardware bring-up and debug processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create optimized validation and verification software
- Plan and execute environmental testing for phased array antennas
- Implement DSP FPGA firmware to translate high-level algorithms into architecture-specific code
