Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management
- Bachelors degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in defining and driving roadmap strategies
- Demonstrated ability to deliver features and manage product trade-offs
- Successful history of contributing to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and strategies related to products
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP Transportation Management (TM) capabilities with strategic oversight
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Finance teams to convert business requirements into TM solutions
- Manage demand intake, prioritize, and oversee the backlog for TM enhancements and initiatives
- Supervise the complete solution design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP TM solutions
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and integration requirements
- Mentor and develop members of the SAP TM team while managing contractors and system integrators
- Review and approve functional designs and deliverables
- Oversee production support, incident management, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for TM
- Promote continuous improvement and drive TM-related transformation initiatives

Our focus is on developing Enterprise System Applications for satellite manufacturing, and you will lead our Transportation Management capabilities within the Supply Chain technology organization, supporting various systems including Procure-to-Pay and Global Trade.
