Jama Connect Specialist

Kuiper Productivity Engineering (KPE) is looking for a seasoned IT Application Engineer to act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Jama Requirements Management platform. In this position, you will oversee the administration, enhancement, and strategic evolution of our Jama implementation while aiding enterprise-wide requirements management processes. This role involves functioning as the primary administrator and SME for Kuiper’s Jama service, managing and supporting the service, developing automation for upgrades and testing, and improving the system's observability. Working closely with stakeholders and senior engineers, you will create and develop custom solutions and integrations in a secure manner. KPE is dedicated to building and operating the essential productivity solutions that support Kuiper’s operations and collaborations with business partners. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,300 to $185,000 per year, dependent on geographic market and job-related factors.
