Jama Connect Administrator, Kuiper Productivity Engineering

In this position, you will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Kuiper's Jama service. Your responsibilities will include operating and supporting the service, developing automation for upgrades, patching, and testing, as well as enhancing the system's observability. You will collaborate with stakeholders and senior engineers to design and develop custom solutions and integrations with other tools and services securely. The Kuiper Productivity Engineering (KPE) team builds and operates the essential productivity solutions that support Kuiper's operations and interactions with business partners. Please note that our compensation package reflects the labor costs in various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Compensation varies based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, we offer equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
