Jama Connect Administrator

In this role, I will serve as the primary administrator and Subject Matter Expert for our Jama service. I will operate and support the service, develop automation for upgrades, patching, and testing, and enhance the system's observability. Collaborating with stakeholders and senior engineers, I will design and develop secure custom solutions and integrations with other tools and services. My team, KPE, builds and maintains the core productivity solutions that support Leo's operations and engagements with business partners. We set a benchmark for operational excellence, ensuring our services scale seamlessly as the business expands while adhering to the highest security and regulatory compliance standards. The compensation for this position varies by location, ranging from $104,300/year in the lowest geographic market to $185,000/year in the highest. Factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience will influence the pay.
