Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Over 3 years of comprehensive product delivery experience
- Proven track record in leading roadmap strategy and definition
- Familiarity with feature delivery and balancing product trade-offs
- Active contribution to engineering discussions regarding technology strategies
- Experience in managing technical products or online services
- Ability to represent and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers, engineering teams, and operational stakeholders to outline LEO embedded software service features by utilizing a working backwards approach for business requirements documents
- Develop comprehensive product requirements documents informed by a thorough understanding of specific customer segments, prioritizing use cases and defining product roadmaps
- Partner with the leadership team to establish customer strategies, making informed trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, engaging key internal and external stakeholders to fulfill that vision
- Formulate launch plans and enablement strategies, ensuring all teams are equipped for success
- Set goals and assess metrics to discover opportunities and drive success
- Investigate and identify new avenues for innovation benefiting our customers
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, manage risks and escalations, while balancing business needs and technical limitations
