Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product or program management
- At least 7 years of direct experience collaborating with engineering teams
- A minimum of 3 years of software development experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management with a focus on software engineering teams
- Proven track record managing programs across multiple functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules
- 3+ years of program management experience overseeing the full development and delivery of AI/ML enabled features
- Strong skills in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred)
- Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar business outcomes and reporting to senior leadership (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead global teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to market launch
- Develop program plans that align business needs with technical risks, product performance, schedule constraints, costs, and resources
- Oversee engineering program execution, manage technical trade-offs, address blocking issues, and monitor and report on progress
- Apply program management and software development best practices to achieve results
- Foster effective collaboration and communication among teams across different locations
- Align commitments and interests across multiple teams with competing priorities
