Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data engineering
- Proficiency in data modeling, warehousing, and constructing ETL pipelines
- Understanding of professional software engineering and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle, including coding standards and software architectures
- Familiarity with distributed systems as they relate to data storage and computing
- Extensive hands-on experience with generative AI-enhanced development pipelines and AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q
- Proven history of developing AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI-powered automation tools
- Preferred experience with AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, AWS Glue, EMR, Kinesis, FireHose, Lambda, and IAM roles
- Experience with non-relational databases and data stores including object storage and graph databases
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-assisted engagement sessions with stakeholders across various sectors, including Subscriptions, Security, Sales, and Marketing
- Design and create curated datasets utilizing AI code generation and Agentic AI tools
- Construct and oversee data pipelines employing AI-assisted development with AWS services
- Implement AI-powered self-service platforms featuring natural language interfaces
- Establish intelligent governance systems for data classification and lineage tracking
- Facilitate AI-enhanced workshops for stakeholders to collaboratively explore data capabilities
